Is licensed as a Critical Access Hospital with 25 acute care beds and operates a 24-hour level IV trauma emergency care center.

The hospital offers a variety of medical services to including diagnostic imaging, a full-service clinical laboratory, cardiopulmonary and neurological diagnosis and therapy,physical, occupational, and speech therapy, surgical services, and a variety of outpatient specialty clinics.
