March 2010 Payment Schedule

Tuesday, March 23rd

Payments due.
Payments can be left in the drop box until 7:00 AM MST on Wednesday, March 24th.

Wednesday, March 24th

Late fees are assessed and red tags are issued for gas and water services. Late fees are not due until the following month (April 23rd), but can be paid when paying a delinquent balance.

Thursday, March 25th

Last business day before shutoffs. Payments can be left in the drop box until 7:00 AM MST on Monday, March 29th.

Monday, March 29th

Shut-off day. The drop box will be taped shut at 7:00 AM for the remainder of the day. The utilities office will be open until 5:30 PM to turn services back on after payment has been received. A $25.00 turn-on fee per service will be due in addition to payment in full. The late fee can also be paid at this time if the customer chooses to do so. The drop box will be re-opened at 5:30 PM. Delinquent payments placed in the drop box must also include the $25.00 turn-on fee per service before a re-connect order will be issued. Re-connect orders for drop box payments WILL NOT be issued until after payments have been retrieved from the drop box at 7:00 AM on March 30th and confirmation has been made that someone will be home.
