Walsenburg Wild Waters now offering Adult Aqua Aerobics

Please join us on Thursday and Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 for Independent Aqua Aerobics. We have a book of exercises to choose from and you can work out at your own pace. Only those participating in this activity will be allowed into the park during this hour. Come for a workout and then stay and play. Session is included in the price of admission.

 

FREE Day at Walsenburg Wild Waters!!!

Renewable Energy Systems (RES) is sponsoring a free day at Walsenburg Wild Waters on Friday, July 30th. The first 200 patrons will be admitted free of charge. So cross your fingers for a wind-free (sorry RES) beautiful day and join us for lots of wet and wild fun. (OK maybe we wouldn't mind a small breeze!)

 

Water Park will be closed

Walsenburg Wild Waters will be closed on Saturday, August 14th until 4:30 PM for a private party. The park will open to the public following the party, weather permitting.

 

ALSO. . .

Walsenburg Wild Waters will be closed on Thursdays beginning August 26th as school starts that week. We will remain open Friday through Sunday and will be open Monday, September 6th on Labor Day weekend.

What's more fun than buckets of dumping water, fountains, sprays, two giant water slides, a kids' slide, and a relaxing lazy river?

With three different pools, a lazy river, two giant water slides, and interactive water features that include fountains, sprays, and dumping buckets...prepare to jump into a splashin' good time at Walsenburg Wild Waters!

Our Zero entry pool allows the youngest of water enthusiasts to enter without worrying that the water may be too deep! It's just like walking from the beach into the ocean!

Our diving board and 12-foot deep diving well offer a refreshing option for practicing your acrobatic skills.

Our giant water slides are 30+ feet high. The green slide is open-topped and the yellow slide is fully enclosed. Both slides offer an exciting, twisting, turning ride with an invigorating splash at the end. For our guests under 48 inches tall we have installed a 'seal slide' that offers a gentle three-foot ride into the three-foot deep end of the 'Zero Entry' pool.

Our water feature is chock-full of water toys like tipping-buckets, water sprays, and other attractions to keep everyone busy.

Or hit the decks and enjoy some refreshments from our concession stand while you enjoy the cool Colorado summer sun.
